Or perhaps something a little more toned down and practical? No idea where to begin? Don’t worry. We will talk through your needs and guide you through the process so that you get a beautiful garden which best suits your needs, tastes and budget.
We aim for around two weeks – particularly bespoke designs may take a little longer while we source specialist materials. Great two way communication will keep the design process at its most efficient. If you’re on a tight timescale, let us know!
Unless you are well versed in design, horticulture and construction, hiring a designer should always be a cost effective option. We can recommend the best plants and materials to suit your space, theme and budget whilst giving a professional finish – if your ideas are on the pricey side of aspirational, we can provide multi-stage plans or alternatives which will achieve a similar aesthetic. Or if you are hands on, we can show you how to complete the build yourself to a professional standard. Many people find it difficult to visualise outdoor spaces. We are here to prevent costly mistakes.
Let’s have a chat! Once you have purchased our New Build Design Package, you can book in a design consultation – in person, via zoom or on the phone, whichever is most convenient – where we will discuss your project in depth. From here you will receive a report summarising your space and requirements and optional access to a mood board should you wish to be more intimately involved in the direction of the design. This will be followed up with a design concept document on which you can comment and make changes before we produce a final masterplan.
Our Masterplan will include all of the information you need: a scale drawing of your bespoke design, planting plan complete with layout and nursery plant lists, suggested materials and quantities, construction details.
There are optional bolt on packages if you would like us to engage landscapers, source materials, produce a schedule of works and oversee building to ensure that projects are achieved on time, on budget and to a high spec. We can resolve any difficulties that arise (there is always something!) to give you the most stress free build possible. This also includes a styling session to complete your garden makeover!
